Find out about our next Alpha course. Alpha is a short series of interactive sessions that explore the big questions of life through the lens of the Christian faith in a relaxed and low-pressure environment. Anyone, of any age, who is curious to find out more about faith is welcome to join us. It’s designed for those who are exploring and questioning; it’s for the cynics, the sceptics and the open-minded. Explore faith in community. We meet each week in smaller groups to grow in our friendship with each other and learn more about Jesus together. These groups are called Core Groups.

The Bible
The Bible is the word of God, a compilation of letters and books that explains who God is, His purpose for us and points us to His son, Jesus who came to show us how to live and set us free into new life!
Reading God’s word is the basis of our faith as Christians and there are a few things we’d recommend:

Make God's word part of your daily life by downloading this free app where you can access and enjoy the Bible, reading plans and notes, including audio, all on your mobile device. If you don't yet have a Bible and you'd like one, please get in touch, we'd love to give you one.
Start a reading plan
If you’re new to following Jesus, reading the Bible, or are helping a friend who is - start here. Get to know Jesus, his story and discover the basics of following him. This 15 day plan with 5 minute audio-guides will walk you step-by-step through two fundamental Bible books: Mark and Colossians.
Baptism
Baptism is an outward testimony of the inward change in your life. It declares your faith, shares in Jesus’ death and resurrection, symbolises death to your old life, and announces your new life in Christ. Water baptism is a step of faith that expresses a turning away from an old way of living and establishes your new life with Jesus, as part of the church family.
