Getting Involved

If you are new to Vineyard, there are a few things that we would encourage you to do in order for you to find family and get involved.

The First Steps

Come along on a Sunday and find out more about us by experiencing one of our weekly gatherings.

We would love to invite you to a Newcomers’ Meal. This is a relaxed, friendly, free lunch where you can meet the Leadership Team, hear the journey of the church, find out how to get involved and make friends with other people who are new to Vineyard. Email our team and they will get in touch with you with all of the details of the next meal.

We place a really high value on relationships so please fill in a Connect form so that we can get in touch, get to know you and keep you updated on everything going on at Vineyard Bath.

There are plenty of other ways to get involved, such as going along to a Core Community, joining a team or coming to our events. You will find out more about these as you follow these first steps.

Financially Supporting the Work of Vineyard Bath

No matter what our financial circumstances, we believe God encourages us to lead a life of faith-fuelled, sacrificial generosity. The Bible gives us numerous examples of God’s people obediently and generously giving. As part of our faithful walk with Jesus we believe that tithing (giving 10% of our income to the local church) is a great place to start. In a culture where money is a god to so many, we want to be known as a church who are radical, sacrificial and Spirit-led in our generosity. This is where each of us play our part in furthering God’s Kingdom in the city of Bath and beyond.

The work of Vineyard is financed entirely by the offerings of those who attend this church. If you would call this your church then we invite you to give in one of the following ways.

Via your bank

If you have internet banking you can set up regular giving yourself. Our bank details are:

Bank: Barclays Bank
Sort Code: 20-05-06

Please complete a pink Giving booklet available from the Information Desk on a Sunday and sign the Gift Aid declaration.
